Random Wind is a traditional 54 foot long, ketch-rigged sailing clipper that is very well maintained. She circum-navigated the world twice and then hoped to find retirement in St Maarten. Wrong! People love her so much that we started to get lots of requests to take her out for the day. And so it started, bit by bit, that after some years we were doing 4 - 5 charters each week and sharing great sories with the guests who often become friends. Random Wind offers a lot of shaded and uncovered deck space that is nicely covered with custom cushions and the sea-railings are made of solid stainless steel so there's a ton of space to sit, lie-down, hang on and of course, relax above deck. The inside of the boat is very comfortable with large bathrooms and changing rooms, salon, a large galley and two beautiful state rooms. We cater to everyone's needs when it comes to food and beverage. There is an open bar stocked with beers, sodas, liquors and bottled water. Tuna and egg salads and other crispy bites are provided in the morning for snacks and you will enjoy a great Caribbean-style lunch during our second stop. These will keep you satisfied during the day and later in the afternoon you can indulge in some chocolate bites. Random Wind carries a crew of two - one captain and one hostess PARADISE DAY SAIL - Join us aboard Random Wind for a very enjoyable and calm daysail to the French side of the island. We stop and anchor in numerous bays, letting you experience the best in sailing, snorkeling, good time lazin’, beaching and coastal sight seeing. Enjoy breakfast, delicious snacks, a delightful homemade Caribbean-inspired lunch and an open bar all day long! To help you reach “stress level zero”, we will provide everything you need - a great captain, a fun hostess, lots of deck space, snacks and a wonderful lunch, full open bar, snorkel gear, floats, and fishing tackle. |
